Engineering
We work from your isometrics, GAs or model, and produce shop drawings, weld maps and the inspection and test plan before the first cut.
- 3D modelling, mechanical arrangement, E&I design and shop detailing with our engineering partner, 40 engineers
- PDMS, E3D, Inventor, SACS, PV-Elite, X-Steel and Spoolgen
- Weld maps, ITPs and WPS packages prepared before fabrication starts
Procurement & materials
Material is bought, received and stored by grade. Stainless, duplex and nickel alloy work never shares a bay or a tool with carbon steel.
- Carbon and low temperature carbon steel, CrMo P11 and P22
- Austenitic 304 and 316L, duplex 2205 and super duplex 2507
- Inconel 625, 825, 600, Alloy 59 and Incoloy 800
- EN 10204 3.1 certified material, UID traceability to each piece
Fabrication
Structural, piping and vessel shops sit on the same site, so a package moves between them without leaving our quality system.
- GMAW and robotic pulsed GMAW, FCAW, GMAW-STT, SMAW, GTAW and SAW
- 20 kW fiber laser line with a 33 m bed, CNC gantry boring 36 m × 11.5 m
- SAW booms to DN2000 and robotic pipe welding
- Skid frame, piping, pipe support, vessel, handrail and grating under one roof
Surface treatment
Blasting, coating, pickling and passivation happen on site, so nothing leaves the works to be finished elsewhere.
- 6,000 m² blasting and painting, 2 blast rooms
- Climate controlled booths, 1,750 m², and a new 60 m × 8 m × 6 m booth
- Pickling and passivation for stainless and duplex
- NACE Level III inspectors on staff; 5,000 m² of FPSO module painting delivered
Assembly & testing
Skids are assembled, wired, instrumented and tested before they leave, with the client inspector on the floor for FAT.
- 4 dust controlled assembly rooms, 7,000 m², heights 9.5 m to 14 m
- Clean room assembly for mechanical and E&I
- Hydrostatic test to 32 MPa, FAT and pre-commissioning in house
- Two industrial X-ray rooms and CNAS material verification
Packing & logistics
Tianjin port is 40 km away. We pack, document and deliver to the vessel side; the ocean leg stays with the buyer's forwarder.
- Seaworthy packing and nitrogen purge
- Out of gauge and flat rack preparation, SPMT to 320 t at the leased wharf
- Export documentation and packing lists prepared in house
- Delivered FOB or FAS Tianjin
