A Tianjin fabricator that keeps every discipline under one roof
United Steel Products is the export name of Tianjin Wanlite Construction Steel Products Co., Ltd., registered in Tianjin on 15 March 1999 with registered capital of CNY 50 million. The works sits in the Balitai Industrial Park, Jinnan District, about 40 km from Tianjin port.
We fabricate structural steel and modules, pipe spools, pressure vessels, fully assembled process skids, and the grating, handrail and secondary steel that goes with them. Most enquiries we answer combine two or three of these. Keeping them on one site is what lets a skid leave with its structure, piping, vessel and coating all done by the same people under the same traceability.
Our welders are directly employed, not subcontracted. The attendance register carries 264 people.
Products
Process skids
Fully assembled with mechanical, electrical and instrumentation work done before shipment.
Pipe spools
Carbon, stainless, duplex and nickel alloy spools from ½ in to 48 in.
Pressure vessels
ASME U stamped and PED vessels, heat treated and radiographed in house.
Structural steel
Pipe racks, plant structures and modules, including EXC3 and fatigue rated work.
Mining structures
Iron ore and gold plant steel for Rio Tinto, BHP and B2Gold projects.
Grating & handrail
AS 1657 grating and handrail made alongside the primary steel.
What we do and do not do
USP fabricates, tests, preserves and packs in Tianjin, and delivers FOB or FAS Tianjin. Engineering design is covered with our engineering partner, 40 engineers working in PDMS, E3D, Inventor, SACS, PV-Elite, X-Steel and Spoolgen.
USP does not perform or supervise site installation on overseas projects. We provide technical support during installation where a client asks for it, and installation itself stays with the project contractor.
